We provide hands on and cost effective representation to all of our clients.   We understand the dynamics of divorce and family law both from a legal practical perspective.    As a deal lawyer, Jay has handled a wide variety of transactions, from start-ups to mergers and acquisitions, with deal sizes ranging from humble to hundreds of millions of dollars.   Our goal is always to be a productive and value added part of any matter for which we are retained.  In the insolvency area, Jay has a plethora of experience, ranging from small out of court matters, to bankruptcy litigation, to Chapter 11 mega-cases.   Jay is a divorced dad with two daughters.   He does standup comedy in his spare time.
