Mediation Fees and Costs

Our fee structure is also different from many other civil mediation
firms. Our minimum fee is $500, which includes up to three hours
of mediation sessions and up to one hour of prep time. We do not
add any administrative fees. Additional mediation sessions are
billed at $150 per hour, or $500 for a block of four hours.

Mediation is More Predictable and
Cost Effective than Litigation.

The only things that are certain in litigation are expense and
uncertainty. A confidential cost effective mediation can offer
parties the opportunity to reach a settlement they can live
with no litigation risk at a controlled reasonable cost.

Mediation is a cost-saving, time-efficient, and effective way to achieve a mutually agreed-upon resolution to civil disputes, while avoiding the time, expense, and risk associated with resolving a dispute in court.

If you believe your legal dispute can benefit from mediation, call Barrister Mediation Service in New Jersey at 201-252-7000, or visit our contact page to schedule a free initial consultation with a knowledgeable and experienced New Jersey Civil Mediator.
